Talon Defense conducts its primary business through the filling of seats in courses. We believe that serious training is a commitment for all the parties involved. Signing up for a course and not showing up causes numerous issues with the biggest being that it possibly kept someone from attending and occupying that seat. We do realize that sometimes unavoidable conflicts may arise. We have implemented the following policy.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTERING FOR A CLASS ONLINE.
Payment is non-refundable. In the event that you cannot make it to a class, notify us ASAP. Your payment may be used to attend another Talon Defense course (of same value or credited toward a more expensive course) within one calendar year.
Most ranges require a daily/class fee. Those fees are the responsibility of the student and will be listed separate from the course tuition. Those fees will be collected at the class by the proper range or site representative.
IF TALON DEFENSE MUST CANCEL A CLASS
We make every effort to never cancel a class. In the rare event that we must cancel, all registered students will receive a full refund or be allowed to transfer tuition to another Talon Defense class.
